Fantasy losses for Ggg, let me guess, Floyd fan? So why is retired Darren Barker and cruiser Tony Bellew and dozens of other non-mw fighters gushing about him? Including Rjj. Dont sweat it, i dont need another fairytale

Their entitled to their opinions but who are they and what have they done or accomplished? They are not world class hall of fame fighters. You will be hard pressed to find any world class, all time great, hall of fame fighters gushing over him. I haven't heard any of these fighters gushing over him as you say I would have to hear it myself, but jones and other broadcasters are are paid to be slightly biased towards the house fighter I'm sure you understand how that goes? If the other fighters are calling fights that would probably explain why they are gushing as well. And If anyone is selling fairy tales it's you my friend not me. Face reality the guy is more hype than substance he is totally untested and unproven.

You're an idiot why would hopkins call out ggg when hopkins is a light heavy weight and ggg is a MW? Like I said you dont know boxing at all and although controversial taylor was more than competitive with and all time great in hopkins in both fights. For a fighter to be competitive with an all time great and beat him twice I wouldn't necessarily call him a hype job. Jermaine was a world class fighter who also beat the great winky wright so he was far from a hyped fighter. The problem was they burned him out by matching him too tough, too soon, and too often. He was facing and defending his title against nothing but world class, hall of fame, all time great fighters in hopkins and wright and I believe those tough matchups so early on took a lot out of him later on in his career. The burned out version of taylor ggg beats but the prime at his peak version would have been much more difficult, taylors stamina which effected his ability to take punches later in fights was his undoing, so the only advantage ggg would have would be his power that is my only concern in that matchup, besides that jermaine was better in almost all other areas in my opinion.

You didn't even watch those fights then. Taylor didn't really win them, they were draw/crap fights where Taylor got the benefit of the doubt due to HBO/boxing trying to usher in the young blood and get rid of Hopkins. Funny how that turned out. Taylor was all hype. GGG would crush Taylor and be competitive with Hopkins, win or lose, and it's funny that Hopkins has never called out GGG, even when GGG's Team asked for it. If Hopkins knew he could school GGG, he would've jumped all over the offer.
