Lemieux is a middleweight the same size as Golovkin and has a world title. He was pre-prime when he lost to Rubio, just age 21 if I remember correctly.

Berto has had three losses in which he received sustained beatings and is now a shot fighter (well past his prime).

    • The more exciting fighter is the one who actually comes to FIGHT and that would be GGG. Floyd isnt a fighter anymore. He's a defensive nullifier.

Most of Floyd's were previously stopped (Berto, faded Pacquiao, faded Cotto).

Welterweight is an OVERRATED, WEAK division with a lot of faded boxers, and Berto isn't even in the top 15.
Of course you'd say its overrated, that's the only way you can try and make GGG's less than great resume seem more than it is.

Welterweight is a weak division, as is super middleweight.

Middleweight and light heavyweight are stronger, deeper divisions.

I think 168 isn't as strong as WW or LHW. A lot of people think MW is weak. I think most would rank them WW, LHW, SMW and then MW.

Floyd never even tried to KO his opponents, he's afraid to open up a bit.

Except when he saw the chance for a sucker punch, like against Ortiz. :lo1:

                    • How much more would we all be looking forward to this weekend if GGG was fighting Andre Ward to determine the heir to the departed throne?
