Don't know this is myth or not, but a rumor started not too long after RJJ got KTFO by Glencoffe J, and the reason he stayed on the floor so long wasn't because he was that hurt, but rather when he got KTFO and when he regained consciousness he had realized he shat his shorts and was trying to figure out a way his crew would make sure some brown plastique would not drop out when he stood up.

When Jack Johnson knocked out Stanley Ketchel, he hit him so hard that two of Ketchel's teeth stuck to Johnson's glove.

Well since this is just anti-Floyd thread.

Myth: Manny Pacquiao is too small.
Truth: He is the same size as Mayweather, Marquez, and not to far from Bradley.

Myth: Floyd Mayweather Jr is a ducker/coward.
Truth: Floyd Mayweather Jr has fought 11 top 10 fighters in the past 9 years, with only two of those 11 being outside the top 5. He made one fighter come up to a weight class he's never been in before.

Myth: Manny Pacquiao has fought better opposition than Floyd at 140+.
Truth: Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather have 5 common opponents, Floyd beating all of them, Pacquiao losing to one of them(Marquez). Manny Pacquiao has made 2 fighters come up to a weight they never fought in before, and made three fighters come down in weight.

Myth: Manny Pacquiao fought better opponents below 140.
Truth: Pacquiao's LW reign was a one-fight joke against a weak champion, Floyd fought Castillo twice. Manny fought a shopworn Morales 3 times and lost once, and Barrera and Marquez. Marquez beat him. Floyd fought Corrales, Hernandez, and Castillo twice. All three fighters were bigger than Floyd by 10-12lbs. Pacquiao was the same size/bigger than MAB, EM and JMM.

A recent one is that arm length is a more important measurement than reach.

And the best way to do that? Hit your opponent. And not let him hit you.
