Great, the waiver wasn't enough. Let's make up more stuff.

Their 'settlement' was going to be private by default. It is not a public lawsuit, that's open to the public. It's not a criminal lawsuit too, that can be open to the public. Again, do we see Team Pacquaio's medical records? Hell no. Was Team Pacquaio ever going to give Team Mayweather medical records? Hell no.

The only winners were the lawyers.

      • Floyd needs to retire( not a vacation),

Last time he did, We had a fighter from the Phillipines take over by the name of Manny Pacquiao, who gave fans a string of excellent fights without the BS.

Once Floyd unretired himself, he brought all this tiresome BS with him. now he wont fight unless his opponent wears soft gloves. Kid needs to leave boxing.

Please read. Settlements can be made of anything they want between them. Also, keeping things confidential. See, you learn something new everyday!

You're not telling me anything I don't know. What's weird is that you somehow think this contradicts anything I said. Of course it was confidential, dummy. Everything about the case was. Take a guess why? Hint: has nothing to do with medical records.

Of course its not open to the public. The settlement is done before any court proceedings. Anything in court is automatically in public.
