I'm sorry - out jabbing your opponent who's digging into the body with power punches does not win a fight. It was a great joy to finally see a fight where body punches were respected by the judges

What's crazy to me is that Lara lost the fight much more than Canelo won and Lara and his trainer have been *****ing since the decision. If Lara had flashed his jab and threw left hands more often (not asking for 100 punches a round, but geez.. his output was not good with the way he was moving) he would've won the fight

Glad I'm not the only one getting tired of this. Lara made Canelo miss alot but didn't make him pay enough. Its not like a masterclass was put on by either guy though.

Canelo ain't wanna get up on nothing at first. I had Lara winning by a rd but he shoulda knew he had to do more than that to get the decision over the new golden boy. Sucks but it's real rap. Canelo fans need to chill cuz he really ain't win. He kinda got the decision by default. L

So basically he trained for this fight by jogging 10 miles a day.

If he feels Lara won and Canelo fought like a amateur.. then A. He needs to look at the internet to see that 90% of the world saw him lose... maybe a close fight.. but LOSE nonetheless.

& B. Then Lara got beat by a amateur. Either way NOBODY wants to see Lara fight EVER AGAIN!

lara did land punches. crisp clear punches but just like every cuban amateur star who turns pro, they dont throw enough and spent the entire nite back pedaling.

you cant win a fight like that especially against the house fighter. you have to do more and lara simply didnt do enough.
