This is a sht fight no matter wich way you look at it. Barely surviving to Ruslan should not earn you a shot at a P4P fighter above your weight class. I'm not really surprised since this is the same guy that fought "brandon rios" but still, what a fckin shame.

Manny Pacquiao is either dumb as a motherfuccer or he is plain ducking the whole GBP/Al Haymon stable. Those are the only two reasons i can think of as of why he re signed with bob arum.

It would be a decent fight if algieri was better known and had a few more televised wins besides ruslan.. Maybe if he had beaten ruslan, rios, Alvarado then I don't think people would have minded as much..

But he literally is a one hit wonder at the moment, and doesn't really deserve a PPv fight with manny...
