    Moving or Running?

Theres points where Lara's back was to Canelo as he RAN to the corner of the ring, and Canelo had to sprint towards Lara.

Yeah pretty much this and when the trainer have to convince the fighter he won like in the shower scene it's not really a sign that you believe he won. The body language after the fight says it all IMO.

lara has a really good straight left. at 8:33 he pulls off a pacquiao, countering the jab with a lead straight left and then moving off to the side.

if only lara had the aggression of pacquiao, but i still think he won it and canelo is all hype.

I'm surprised a Mexican judge was even allowed, given the fact that there is clearly a conflict of interest.

Just because people don't like Lara's style doesn't make him less effective, he took Canelo to the brink.

If he doesn't engage then the referee can deduct points right?

I never saw the referee warn Lara, so according to the rules he was boxing fairly, albeit in a careful, cautious style.

I like both Mexican and Cuban styles, its part of what makes boxing interesting.
Are you a moron? What Mexican judge was there!?

It wasn't the most intersting fight but Lara won that fight but I still knew when the fight was over that the judges would give the fight to Canelo. Lara still has only himself to blame. He was up against a much bigger name should've been more active to truly make a big statement. He was being too defensive minded so I knew the judges wouldn't favor his style. Lara basically let the fight slip away from him. I'd like to see Lara back in the ring as soon as possible.

Look at Canelo after the fight, he definatly didnt look satisfied or like a winner for even one second, you could exchange the after fight footage of this and the Mayweather fight and nobody would notice a difference...
