Boxing is about creating space to make your opponent miss and make him pay. You gain no advantage in being 5 ft away from your opponent. Sure he's not hitting you but your also putting yourself at a disadvantage by not being able to connect your punches.

That's simply movement without a purpose. Effective movement is being in range to land while neutralizing your opponents options. There's nothing special about being out of range to land your punches as much as you elitist boxing minds like to point it out that's ineffective movement.

you can move but there a line between moving and running. Most of the people that are fans of the amateur style say its the sweet science. Well that kind of sweet science doesnt fit in pro boxing. you have to be willing to engage or else its not a fight..

i once sparred a guy that like lara hardly threw anything thing . he would run around the ring and i had to chase him. this isnt bull taming its boxing that style is not crowd pleasing for one and it doesnt show any bravery..

They should've been focused on cutting off the ring so Lara can't "run" if Angulo and Molina can cut off the ring against Lara, Canelo has no excuse.

Canelo was following Lara and walking into left hands. Where was the defense from the Trout fight? I didn't see it. What did he learn from the Floyd fight? Nada.
