Maidana should boycott this fight if he can't wear his Punchers gloves

Nope his gloves were special made not the stock kind and every A-side makes all the rules and all Ward Cotto pac so forth so on floyd didnt start this - something just wasnt right about those gloves werent factory wrapped and just lacked padding

For the 755th time time, the only thing custom about the first pair were the colors of the argentenian flag. The second pair of MX gloves were wrapped and approved by the commission. What was the problem with them? Floyd just doesnt want a power puncher like Maidana wearing punchers gloves. That's all it boils down too.

That's one way to be sued.

He signed to fight... he refuses to go out not barring injury, the damages would be tremendous. He would be bankrupt.

This is why Maidana should have stood firm the first time around. Had Floyd pulled out of the fight after the commission approved the gloves he would have been sued up the wazoo. There were no stipulations in the contract stating that Maidana couldnt use Everlast MX.

Why doesn't Maidana just ask Cotto to borrow his gloves he wore when he fought Floyd!? They were both commission and floydie approved so there shouldn't be a problem plus they are MX. Problem solved.

Don't wtch it then, we sure don't care, real boxing fans like me watch any and every event. I watch every Floyd fight because he's the best at the sport and I learn from him, and I watch every Maidana fight because I also study him, he is a warrior, and is never in a boring fight.

Maidana had a golden opportunity to put his foot down and become probably the first fighter not to put up with Mayweather's bull$h!t by calling off the first fight due to the gloves issue. Who knows how the fight would've ended up if Maidana got to wear his gloves, but I think he would've won.

Disappointing that he gave in in the end.
