I don't think Wilder is carrying him. If you look at all of his fights, when he doesn't knock a guy out these are what the rounds look like.

Agreed, he threw his usual hard 1-2s but he just had trouble with Gavern's head movement.

People here are so predictable with the hate. If Wilder gets a first round KO it's a fixed fight. He acts casual in a keep busy fight and it's suddenly a measure of his entire career. I think Wilder cared less about this fight than the haters here.
