Canelo is about the only fighter I can think of

That throws excellent uppercuts. I've seen him throw some that just seems like they would've ripped Floyd and Lara's head right off if they would've landed. Trout ate a bunch of them, I don't think any was on the chin. He reminds me of the uppercuts I use to throw with sub-zero when I would play mortal kombat .Can u guys think of anyone that still uses uppercuts often?

Maidana also throws vicious upper cuts when the opportunity presents itself.

            Marquez throws Godly uppercuts.

Something about a nicely thrown uppercut, just such an aesthetically pleasing punch when it connects hard.

He landed one great one vs Floyd, but never tried one again, it can be a great asset for him in the rematch if he uses it. He also stopped going to the body as much after round 5, but in saying that Maidana slowed down altogether after 6 rounds, his stamina has always been a bit of a problem.

JMM is awesome at the uppercut for sure, Canelo does throw some sickeningly good uppercuts as the OP said. Shame he froze vs Floyd though, the moment got to him, as Floyd says Canelo is better than Maidana but he did't perform better vs Floyd than Chino did for sure.

                Marquez, Matthysse, Gilberto Ramirez Sanchez
Donaire has a nice uppercut he uses from time to time, Froch has a savage uppercut to the solar plexus hes scored a few stoppages with.
Lucian Bute has a decent one too.

That one that he landed when he feinted the left to the body and then turned it into an left uppercut was awesome.

Yup. His uppercuts are vicious. The one that split Lara's eyebrow was a beauty.
