At the latest possible stage of his career to date?

As of right now I'd say that's true.

    Brilliant observation.

I think Pac wins an ugly decision. Algieri looked good against Provodnikov, but he doesn't have half the skills or abilities that Pacman has.

On a side note, Teddy Atlas is a ****in idiot.

            Atlas says.....

I've lost confidence in Atlas's predictions.
9 out of 10 he's wrong. And Atlas, I've noticed, tends to go for the underdog.
Only when the outcome is absolutely sure will he be right.
Whatever Atlas predicts, bet against it, SURE WIN!

Because, they assume that Pac is the same fighter he was and underestimate the newcomer and they don't understand that styles make fights and some fighters who are not considered great can still have a style that gives fits to great fighters. No one is indicating Pac is an underdog, but that still does not mean that Algeries' style couldn't cause Pac problems. This is Boxing, anything can happen.

Sad thing is, if Algeri does pull the upset. It will be seen as "he caught Manny at the right time" moreso than Chris being a good fighter. And I don't think that's fair. This isn't a known comodity like Maidana upsetting Floyd. This is an undefeated young, up-n-coming guy that nobody has been able to figure out. Personally, I wasn't that surprised when he beat Provo because Provo is simply one of these face first brawlers that these ****** newbie fight fans fall in love with even though he flat out sux. I would be surprised if he beat Manny, but not shocked. Manny looked like hammered dawg **** against Bradley. And even though we'll likely never know. I think there's a very solid chance Bradley threw that fight with a promise of a third fight from Arum. Because re-signing with Arum made no sense. And a guy with 12 KOs in over 30 fights coming out swinging for the fences made even less sense. That being said, Algeri isn't a puncher and he's not getting a decision against Manny.

Almost alway Agree with most what you write and Your have one of the best opinions on this site but can't agree with you in Bradley threw the fight.

Agree it makes no sense for Tim to go for the KO but I think he knew that if didn't KO PAC then he wasn't getting that decision with all the bs from the previous fight.
