Actually Toney is a serious contender...at least more so than Wlad. We know Toney won't come into the ring and fold when the other fighter actually makes the conscious decision to start throwing punches.

Toney comes in out of shape, not fully condintioned, always has some injury, and couldn't take out a no-name bum who had no power, no skills, and was overweight.
