Actually, you might be a dumbass either way, but if you believe Floyd would have walked then for sure you are a dumbass

and keep in mind, willful acts by a controlling party (Mayweather Promotions) would void out any event cancellation insurance policies, so Floyd would have to pay everyones damages out of his own pocket
Yes i do Star Trek...his health comes first and there is NO price tag on that.....NONE!!!!

The man wants to grow old and watch his grandkids grow, he is already rich...it's not like it's his first 32 million.

Floyd would've had to fight him, he should've stood his ground and should in September. Legally he's contracted as talent for a press tour, marketing, promotional materials, and the bout itself. Nothing else. It doesn't say maidana promotions on any banners anywhere so walking away would hurt Floyd exclusively. Now let's also stop acting like maidana over the last like 4 years hasn't earned hella good money and could easily retire and live comfortably without the mayweather payday. He's actually managed to have some pretty damned good paydays.

Then Maidana is a dumb ****. I always thought it was Garcia that caved and that Maidana didn't really know what happened after the weigh in.
But if the commission approved those second gloves then Maidana should have held firm and told Floyd "I am walking out first with these approved gloves, if you choose not to show up, that's on you."
They couldn't do anything to Chino. There was nothing in the contract about the gloves. Sponsers and Showtime would have to sue Floyd. And how could Haymon blackball Chino? He was talking about retirement anyway just a few fights ago.
Maidana flinched when he didn't have to IMO.

In Maidana's tell all book in 20 years, we'll read the truth... which is somewhere between what Maidana is saying now, and what we believe. I think it will be discovered Floydie did in fact pay Maidana off, including a confidentiality agreement. But in 20 years Floydie will be a crack addict living in the streets so it won't matter, right? HA!

I certainly hope this time Maidana's team plays hardball with Floydie. The gloves issue has me and thousands of boxing fans steamed. I read about it in many blogs and boxing news sites. The crapola has to stop. Floydie has slowly became the biggest whiner and drama queen ever in the sport. Whiner D. Ucker.
