his fighting style, he throws 1-2 then grabs, he fights from the outside 90% of the time. he will throw a straight left then duck and run around and repeat.

If it was just about knowing who would win, then we can just have paper and video games and wouldn't need boxing. There is not a single true fan that wouldn't consider a fight with Canelo vs Kirkland a war as long as it lasts and wars are sheer entertainment.
Kirkland doesn't have the chin to fight the way he does. It won't be a barnburner. It would be a demolition. You'd be paying $20 per round because its goes 3 at most.

        Kirkland is terrible.

Don't kid yourself. He would lay some leather on Canelo before it is over. And I am certain people would pay $20 a round for that fight over the Canelo/Lara fight. No way in hell people would pay more for a potentially boring fight as opposed to a barnburner and yes, 3 rounds, Canelo would be hit with a tornado till or if he gets his own engine going. And Kirkland held up at least as good if not better than Lara against Angulo.

Skill wise and as far as meaningful fights Andrade is near the top of that list. Saying that I have no idea what Oscar's list looks like or what type of fighter he's looking for. It wouldn't hurt Andrade if he beat a top 54 lb fighter if only to gain more recognition.

LOL I'm surprised Andrade was even able to get a response out of this. Not bad, he put himself in line at least.

Meh. I just think people are desperate to see an action fight on PPV.

But it has to be between two opponents that are actually on the same level. If they want action I'm sure Cotto and GGG would gladly step to the plate.

There is no way of knowing two guys are on the same level till they get in the ring or fights would only be won on paper. Kirkland vs Canelo would be all action for as long as it lasts and Canelo would be fighting off a determined guy with power in both fists and a high volume. It is about the fan and the ratings were through the roof when Kirkland fought Tapia. That spells dollars.

Andrade looked impressive in his last fight but he needs to build his name up a little more. Maybe 2 or 3 fights in the next year. September 2015 - Canelo vs Andrade sounds good.

Canelo is the #1 contender to the WBO belt.

Canelo is dodging a title chance shot.
