Although obviously alot more possibilities than what I mentioned above my opinion is down to 2. Guillermo or RJJ prob leaning more towards RJJ bc Guillermo is still relatively new and not a lot of fights although he looks almost invincible in training and his fights.. I just have never seen someone do the things Roy did with such ease ( when in prime). To have the Wins over Hopkins,Toney, Hill, then to see that DQ vs Montel Griffith and come back in 2nd fight and looked very motivated for a change no showboating and KO in 1 round. That's unreal to me.
what do you mean by God gifted? Do you mean natural talent and superior physical gifts, then yes RJ has a great shout, he was supremely fast, cat like reflexes and had some impressive power too. If that's the criteria then you can't mention Rigo in the same breath, his physical gifts are as pronounced as a prime RJ or young Leonard or prime Whitaker or a 20 something Tyson.

But by mentioning Rigo, you must also be thinking of the technical aspect of boxing, the footwork, the punching technique, the weight distribution, the ability to parry and block punches...then Leonard would and should once again be mentioned, Hopkins even, Duran most definitely, Lewis, Whitaker, Floyd, Manny and a few others.

The one fighter who combines all that and fought in the last 30 years, impeccable technique, enlightening God given gifts...it's the great Sugar Ray, without a shadow of a doubt. No RJJ, no Hopkins, no Manny, no Floyd, no Lewis, none of them compare to him in his prime.

          RJJ wasn't natural.

Manny Pacquiao is the most gifted.

Handspeed, footspeed, power and punch resistance.

What about balance and defense? I will not call him Chinny because of the JMM KO as Manny has been in many wars. I think most people would have went to sleep if they jumped into that JMM right hand like Manny did.

            God gifted balance.

Defense is learned though isn't it? speed (hand and foot), power and punch resistance are natural gifts.

Regarding balance, prime Pacquiao had superb balance imo.
