Although obviously alot more possibilities than what I mentioned above my opinion is down to 2. Guillermo or RJJ prob leaning more towards RJJ bc Guillermo is still relatively new and not a lot of fights although he looks almost invincible in training and his fights.. I just have never seen someone do the things Roy did with such ease ( when in prime). To have the Wins over Hopkins,Toney, Hill, then to see that DQ vs Montel Griffith and come back in 2nd fight and looked very motivated for a change no showboating and KO in 1 round. That's unreal to me.
I can't mention RJJ like these cats because to me he will always be a fighter that made it big through athleticism not boxing skill.

Off the top, and I may mention some beyond 30 since it's off the top, these fighters are who I consider the most pure talented boxers in the last 3 decades:

                  DLH
                  Floyd Jr.
                  JMM
                  Erik Morales
                  Aaron Pryor
                  James Toney
                  Rigondeaux
                  Holyfield

I know I will get flak for this, but my predictions have been near prophetic before so suck it. These two will be added to the list in less than 10 years:

                  Yaegashi
                  Tyson Fury.

I will play Devil's advocate and say Floyd. Sure there were many others (RJJ, Leonard, etc) but I have never seen such a complete package of offense, defense, recuperative abilities, and stamina like I see in Floyd.

I think I would say he is God gifted to push himself to work harder than most. His mental game is so solid that the question is not who will win, but in what manner will Floyd choose to dismantle his opponent. I will probably be called names for this but it is what I believe.

I also see shades of this in Ward. If only there was more competition for Dre. Sigh
