For one, Pac had already beaten Bradley by all accounts, but he still gets credit for a good win.

But now he's fighting Algieri.....that takes him out of it. But I think Hopkins even if he fought Kovalev or Stevenson next, he still didn't get two good wins this year. Shumenov was not a good win or legit. He sucks.

If pacquiao decided to fight someone with a pulse. He would be the leading candidate. But seeing as he is fighting someone who is almost as big a cherry pick as Rod Salka, The answer is No. The fact that Pacquiao vs Algieri is PPV is atrocious. Pacquiao Algieri is an undercard fight if you ask me.
