40 mil for one nights work is a joke offer? PAC doesn't have to do anything but show up. He's not financially invested at all. He doesn't have to put up any money what so ever. Floyd pays for the press tour. Floyd pays the undercard fighters. He puts up a ton of money up front. The Cotto press tour was 10 mil alone. Which is why Floyd makes so much on the back end. The way PAC just threw the phone to Kontz after Floyd made the offer probably made him feel a little ****** too. I could just picture Floyd with the phone still to his ear after PAC tossed it. Who called whom first? Was it Manny that called Floyd and offered $40 million, or did Floyd call Manny and made an offer? Who asked for random testing, and who asked for deadlines like 60 days, 30 days, 2 weeks, etc.? Like I said earlier, Manny is the man who wants it now, not Floyd, but we can't change history.

The science behind Nano Technology urine testing is so advanced and made blood testing for quite sometimes obsolete. Pac offered Floyd daily urine testing if he wants plus blood testing right after the fight but guess what? History showed Floyd cowardice will get any possible advantages against his opponent.

All these boxers recently caught on PEDs were caught by this Nano Technology urine testing and none of this evasive blood draining.

Sounds good, but the point is Manny turned down random testing. He asked for a 30 day window, then tried to re-negotiate the testing window. Why would a person ask for a window at all? It's only a teaspoon of blood, and your opponent is doing it too. Cotto, and Canelo did it. Why not Manny? do you have any reference for Manny's offer of daily urine testing? If i havent forgotten, pac sent koncz to mayweathers gym when his contract with arum at that time ended. That was just a starting negotiation for team pac for more serious talks, mayweather wrapped it instantly and said "forty million" or nothing on the spot. He said hes gonna wire the 20 million in advance at that same day. Ofcourse pacquiao didnt consider it, so did mayweather in the first place. Anyway, i believe pacs counter offer was fair at that time and reasonable if mayweathers thinks hes really gonna win. Its fair to say arum didnt want the fight, not before not now. But pac wants the fight, before and now. Especially at the time when he had a subpar performance against jmm 3. He hold a pressconference just to announce he wants floyd. Its all about seeing along the lines, its clear as day who wants it and who doesnt. Floyd often says "at the end of the day, floyd mayweather has to be happy".

$40 million would be Pacquiaos career high payday.... Pacquiao taking a percentage split.. with Arum taking his cut would be less than $40 million.. you do know that Arum gives Manny advances on his fights.. so technically.. Manny owes Arum money.

do u understand that this fight will do well over $40+ mil? if manny was to take that deal arum will be out of the picture. arum will not be involved in promoting this fight. u dont think arum will want a piece of the pie? if arum promote he will get all the money from the gate, ppv, etc, or if he co-promote that will give him split of the gate money, ppv money, etc. now why would pac take that $40mil deal with nothing else no ppv nothing and why would arum allow pac to do that when arum will be left out of it LOL.
