Floyd never said openly he wants to fight Pac or shows any desires. The time he said he wants to fight Pac he denied it.

I feel you! Manny fans have made me more of a Mayweather fan than I ever thought I would be. I know why he adopted the persona he did, because hate does sell. It worked for Ali, and it did/will work for Floyd too. However, the hypocrisy is totally out of control!. I'm praying for Mayweather vs. Cotto 2, live from Barclay's! in 2015! Make it happen!

Wow that must of been a direct hit on mayweathers ego ,it's your moment up on the podium your fighting maidana, and the fans are yelling pac. Give the fans what they want ,I would pick mayweather to win that fight. just don't get why he's scared to make it happen.thats why I give fighters like canelo, cotto, and others out there who go out and fight and give the fans what they want especially without all the fkn diva demands.

You might be right.. but you gotta say the same thing about Pacquiao.. just to be fair buddy... in teh first round of negotiations.. Pacquiao wanted a smaller ring.. punchers gloves, weight at 147 & a million dollar penalty for every pound Floyd came in at over 147... oh yes and the only demands had was the random drug tests.. and FYI.. that fight was 50/50 money.. Floyd only changed that after Pacquiao started losing and Floyd was outrdrawing him in PPV #'S

Pacquiao has agreed to have his blood tested three times: in early January, when the fight was expected to be announced, 30 days before the fight and immediately after it. He also agreed to random urine testing.

But Tygart said the 30-day window would still allow an athlete plenty of time to dope with illegal substances not detectable by urine testing.

“That kind of window is totally unacceptable,” Tygart said. “It would provide a huge loophole for a cheater to step through and get away with cheating.”

Pacquiao’s camp said he had a problem with giving blood. Ellerbe then wondered why Pacquiao had tattoos if he has an aversion to needles. Arum said the issue was with the blood, not the needles.

Back and forth it goes. Mayweather’s advisers said they believed Pacquiao had not been fully informed of the testing procedures. They pointed out, and Tygart confirmed, that the test requires less than a teaspoon of blood. They noted the athletes who have undergone this type of testing, including Kobe Bryant and Michael Phelps.

Arum is poison son! Manny is just ignorant, that's why he was signed to Top Rank and GBP at the same time, and thus began the cold war! But Manny is a good man. I just hope he doesn't go out like Ali, Frazier, and Joe Louis. Oscar, Floyd, Cotto, and B-Hop have changed the game. Manny should be right there with them!
