Commission approved?? what does that even mean?

They accepted Margo's Wraps, Restro's gloves..Shanes drug test in the 2nd Oscar fight...Jmm test in the 4th Manny fight(where ya'll all claim he was doping) so why should a fighter accept " commission approved"

Weren't those all after the fact? Didn't Floyd raise some noise and threatened to cancel the fight, had the commission look at them again and then they still got approved.....all before the fight happened?

So if he makes a huge deal out of it, has everyone check it again.... and they still say it's okay.....

just sounds like a bitch on her period to me

restos gloves, padding was taken out in the bathroom before the fight

Are you trying to say all of floyds fights should be overturned to No Contests since the commissions approved them? Interesting.

The gloves certianely got more attention the night before and got a few hours before it was resolved.... still approved in the end right?

Yes, because all of those are the same as two pairs of brand new gloves that Maidana and his people never touched. Clearly Everlast gloves are the same as brick wraps and Resto's gloves.

were the gloves that team maidana wanted to use illegal, larry?

if htey were, everlast was in on it. those gloves came right from teh factory.

the comission gets the gloves from the factor, and they maintain custody of them. the only people who touch them are the fighters and their teams when the gloves are chosen on fight week. several versions of the same glove will come in, and the fighters and their opponents test them to see if they're ok.

the comission recieved a set of everlast MX gloves. they're the same as any other MX glove, only they had argie colors painted on them. they were legal for the fight, and they were the glove he was allowed to use in teh contract. they are "commission approved," and follow the commission's standards.

team mayweather held out to put chino into a different make of everlast gloves. it was a blatantly underhanded move designed to get an advantage. his regular gloves would have made a difference in such a high contact fight.

i'll be referring to it as glovegate for as long as i live.
