            a catchweight is needed, he can defend both at 147. The JMW is 154 and lower and the WW limit is 147 and lower. So he can defend both at 147 simple as that. Technically it is a catch weight because he can weight more than 147.

              Yes it is, because you cant weight more than 147, and since the JMW limit is 154, that those covert the match as a catch weight technically!

                Yes it is, 147 is the welterweight limit, if he defends the belt at 147 at 147 that is not a cathcweight but for the 154 that would be considered a catchweight for the 154 title.
