Top Rank CEO Bob Arum will meet with Chris Algieri's co-promoter, Art Pelullo of Banner Promotions, on Thursday in Los Angeles, in hopes of nailing down the details of a Nov. 22 fight between Algieri and Manny Pacquiao.

Such a matchup wasn't on anyone's GPS until Algieri upset Ruslan Provodnikov, despite the fact that his eye resembled the coin slot in a vending machine.

Pac-Algieri wi sell 6,000 tickets in Vegas and bomb on PPV. Arum could salvage at least one of those which is why he's gonna take it to some poor man's Dubai.
