I don't think it did personally. 82% of boxing media scored the fight to Mayweather.

Fights worthy of a rematch tend to be those which could have gone either way, best case scenario for Maidana was imo, a draw.

I've always thought Lucas vs Floyd would be a great fight.

Problem though, Lucas is a small 140 and would be smaller than Floyd on fight night

Also he's never fought at 147, and thirdly Lucas doesn't fight awkward enough for me to feel comfortable saying that the fight would even have 4 competitive rounds

Still I would always support that fight, I still think Lucas is a great fighter, but his division is 140 not 147
