He ran away from the biggest fight of his career over drug testing. He might as well be holding up a sign saying he's guilty.

It is what happened. Atleast during the first (and only) real negotiations.

It's not evidence and it doesn't mean he was or is on something but it is a reason to su****ious atleast.

                Floydboy logic:

When Pac looks impressive and steamrolls his opponent, he's on PED's.

When he looks mediocre and doesnt get the KO, he's cycled off PED's.

their evidence is that he didnt agree to test.

no, he didnt agree to floyd's testing.

pacquiao has always agreed to every testing his sport's governing bodies demand of him and always passed with flying colors.

they say the power isnt there anymore.

                  but isnt he passed prime?

who has knocked out tim bradley? who has knocked clottey? who has knocked out rios?

That's the only reason I want to see Khan vs Pac. I want to see if Pac truely lost his killer instinct or if he can spark out Khan and get the fire back.

I'd rather Khan beat another actual legitimate welterweight first though. Collazo isn't bad but he definitely shouldn't be the ultimate test before Mayweather or Pac.
