The only evidence there could be is a positive drug test, so there is no evidence. There is no evidence that Marquez used steroids either, but that didn't stop you or the other Pac worshippers from making that claim after he KO'd your god.

Floyd's new rules were not some type of gold standard of testing. They were negotiating and YOU and OTHER CRIME STOPPERs need to get that Manny was ready and willing to do extra testing but they just didn't agree on the cutoff dates.

On top of all that, Manny was being ACCUSED by Floyd and company of taking PEDs ..... if you want the fight to happen, that is not a good way to do it as it would tick anyone off!

None. All the speculation started when the Mayweathers started sounding off. I think a big indicator of the situation was the fact that the lawsuit Pac filed was settled out of court.

cut off dates? you either do the strictest random testing with the best testing agency or you dont do it at all. Have you followed the A rod story a bit? If you want to get these guys you cant have no cut off dates. you think a cut of date is the same as a random test up to the day of the fight? you think you cant cheat with a 14 day cut off date? If i was going for a random testing campaign i wouldnt settle for a flawed cut-off date compromise.

Besides that Mayweather signed his contract waiting on manny to sign his.
