I mean, I guess I can give him credit for the Maidana rematch. It takes a lot to rematch a guy who did to you what Maidana did. Especially as awkward as he is. Not easy to prepare for a guy like him cause they're he's unorthodox and unpredictable.
He had to do dancing with the stars and punch Big Show in the nose, wait for 147 to quiet down and then come back

Everytime I see these type remarks from Lara I get the impression he actually didn't say any of that.

I don't know why he didn't fight DLH. Was Mayweather supposed to rematch Oscar simply because some wanted him to? It wasn't the only time Floyd "retired." The guy likes to take time off and spend his money.

As for Sergio: Mayweather won his first title at 130. His best weight is 147, and 154 is his absolute outer limit. Obviously he has has size limitations. I don't see why Floyd should be criticized for not fighting the middleweight champion of the world.

Everyone's record can be picked apart. "Sugar" Ray Robinson has been faulted for not fighting Charlie Burley. I guess you can't please all of the people all of the time....

This fight will be similar to Lomachenko/Russell jr. and Rigondeaux/Donaire. Lara will school Canelo and expose the hype job.

He might not have. I take a lot of these Lara "quotes" with a grain of salt. His manager is notorious for putting words in Landy's mouth.

Yo I agree with you my man. I just wished Floyd would of fought Margarito and Paul Williams when he was the most avoided fighter at 147. Maybe Floyd would of beat those two guys but would of been nice to see.

You asked me who couldve gave Floyd a challenge and I thought Oscar did. How much was he being offered, like 20M for the rematch? So if you wanna challenge yourself why not rematch the guy who gave you a tough outing and get the big paycheck. He chose "retirement" over a massive paycheck.

Sergio was willing to make 154 when he was fresh.

I also think P.Will wouldve have him a challenge. Not Margarito tho. And I'm only mentioning him cause people always put those two together.

Everyone knows. One of the most blatant ducks. Retiring at 30/31 years old then coming back like a year later? Yea ok...

Same here. I don't know why those fights didn't happen. All I know is that you can't fight everyone. If you fight one guy, people will say you should've fought another guy. Maybe someone with much more detailed knowledge of Floyd's career can blow up my remarks, but the easiest thing in the world to do is criticize.

This is really confusing to some people because they think Lara made a separate whole interview just to say he was gonna bust Canelo's mouth and that was it.II see them all the time here talking **** all clueless. All those quotes are from the showtime show All access he said all that during that show.
