If Pacquiao was dirty than Floyd wouldn't of had to settle for millions and pay all of Pacquiao's lawyers fees. Anyone can say any fighter is on PED's but Pacquiao actually fought that in court and won and has done OSDT which is more than what any other fighter in the sport has done.
