Paulie has always been salty over the fact that little-old Pacquiao moved up in weight and DESTROYED the two fighters that beat the breaks off him (Cotto and Hatton).

Its very common to try to discredit the guy that beats the guy who beat you in boxing, you hear it all the damn time. But Paulie needs to clock out when it comes to these accusations.
