Same exact Angulo in both fights. Go watch. Same guy, same game plan, same punches.

The difference? Canelo was not fighting off his back foot trying to counter, he was getting off first, and with vicious combos.

For Lara to say Canelo's win over Angulo was nothing special just makes him sound like a complete troll for two reasons:

1. No one has EVER done that to Angulo before.
2. What does Lara think his win over Angulo was? Some kind of madterpiece? C'mon now!

Im pretty sure he says he knows Angulo and his people. I'll take someone's word that's in the industry over anyone else's here. Especially yours.

Yep, it was the same Angulo. He just ran into a different type of fighter than Lara. Canelo stopped his forward momentum and hurt him to the body early. Canelo threw powerful combinations to the head and body while Lara fought off the back foot and threw many jabs and straight lefts. Also, Lara didn't go to the body at all.

Kirkland gave Angulo a beating too.

He's entitled to disagree with me, but I saw the same fighter in both fights. A slow plodder who was able to get to one guy, and unable to get to another. Fighting the same fight, imo.

And for Lara to discredit Canelo's win, what does that say about his own? It only makes his own win look lesser as well. He's trolling, but the bigger picture just makes him look bad.
