I know Canelo isn't the same type of aggressive fighter than Angulo is, and maybe that Angulo WAS off.. but I think Lara is underestimating Canelo at this point. It's not gonna be an easy fight.

i've seen lara vs angulo about 16 times

i've seen canelo vs angulo about 21 times

and i saw a very very different angulo. against canelo he showed no urgency or commitment to his punches at all. very completely different fighter.

i'll watch both fights again tonight.

And to counter your arguement. It's not east to commit when I guy is pummeling you with 4 hard shots at a time from head to body. Versus, one guy pot-shorting with one (sharp, strong) levy cross at a time (Lara.)

I saw a different Angulo. He didn't seem to have that hunger, ambition and will to win, imo. Could be that Canelo took it from him but he seemed done with from round one.

Now I also saw Lara/Trout and Canelo/Trout and saw the same Austin that put up a great effort against Canelo and I saw Lara simply dominate him. Not that these fights have anything to do with one another but I'm just saying.

This should be a great fight nonetheless.
