I'd say so. Yes.

Actually this is pretty easy to judge really...

Also, how do you know it was Judah?

Ok wait, I just thought about how your knuckles do seem to change as you train tho so. Idk really. Aside from scar tissue? You would need some way to compare and measure these changes with a boxer who trained since birth or something

Yea. I'm definitely not talking about scar tissue.
And Remember in the judah fight Garcia got that gash in the middle of his forehead? I dont remember the landing strip being there before that fight i think it was made there, but maybe i'm wrong.

It wouldn't be possible as your bone density/facial structure is increasing /changing non stop throughout your childhood anyway.
If bone structure did increase via micro fractures the differential would be so small it wouldn't be noticeable to the naked eye and I am not sure they would grow back bigger only apparently more stronger.

What about bones like the orbit? Those might become MORE PRONOUNCED from taking shots through the years?

Does a bear chit in the woods and wipe his ass with a furry white rabbit? I'd say so.
If brandon Rios doesn't start blocking punches his face will end up like this.
