Gamboa was begging to get KO'd

Gamboa showed absolutely no defence. Even when he got hurt he never kept his hands up. He should have tried to clinch just like Crawford did when he was hurt in the 9th round. Gamboa's disregard for his own health every time he got hurt reminded me of Sergio Martinez against Chavez Jr in round 12. Sad sad ending to the fight.

Guy is 32 yrs old...had about 1,000 amateur fights....has had a very successful career...one bad beat doesn't justify a changeover into something unnatural for him.

Look at him every single e he was knocked down...... hurt, but let me do something that'll leave me wide open and get hit again.... he does it in every single fight. I thought it would be a dominant UD... but just destruction

I get that it's who he is, and some fighters fight like that on instincts.... but that's beyond reckless

Gamboa seemed reserved to the fact he was going to have to struggle to get close so basically went for the KO after he got hurt he just couldn't get it and his defense in exchanges is bad.
