The only money he can get now is from his 15% ownwrship on the company, he quit as a CEO he was not fired, so there should be no compensation for not working

From my assesment, he didnt fired nor prevented to work as CEO. He initiated his separation due to conflict of interests/principles w/ colleague(s) so the company has no obligation in paying him w/o work.
