even clean effective punches comes down to more than power since you need speed, timing, accuracy, intelligence etc to land any kind of punch to begin with.

In spite of that, defending the blòòdy MW lineal title against Bradley is a farce. Bradley has never fought at 154, let alone 160.

He was fighting at 140 and came up to 147 for Pac , this fight doesn't make any sense if you ask me.

If Cotto is not a MW then he can vacate and fight Bradley at 147 or 154 in a non title bout , but if they fight for the MW title it is a huge farce.

I was defending Bradley when everybody shàt on him , but he simply has no business at 160.

I can give Cotto a pass for not fighting GGG straight away , Canelo would be Ok'ish if one is generous. But Bradley? why?.

And Arum is already speaking of making Canelo - Cotto next year , the three fighters involved in this farce have a combined record of 0 fights at MW, 1 if we consider the 159 catchweight.

Is this normal or accetable for the sport?.

Smh @ Bradley having to move to 154 just because Arum doesn't really have anyone for him at 147. And given Cotto and Bradley's purse demands, Top Rank's gonna take a loss.

I'm a die hard Bradley fan, but this fight makes no sense what so ever to me. If Bradley wants a long lucrative career, then he will avoid Cotto. Cotto is simply too big and is very skilled. How long would it take before Tim gets caught with that left hook to the body??? It would be the hardest shot he's ever taken. There are too many good welterweights out there for Tim to be fighting the linear middleweight champion of the world. It just doesn't make sense. Tim's wife is his manager now, so hopefully she would talk him out of a fight like this. He's not going to KO a bigger Cotto, and he's not going to get a decision at MSG.
