Except that welterweight isn't weak and that MW champ is neither a true MW nor recognized as a top fighter in that division.

Bradley would win this. The consensus was that Cotto was washed up a few fights ago and all he's done since then was lose to Trout, take a tuneup and give cripple Martinez a retirement fight. Now suddenly he's a beast again despite effectively doing nothing.

During the same time Bradley was having extremely close fights with the best in the world including a guy who walked through a younger, better Cotto.

Bradley used his superior boxing skills to beat Marquez. The recipe to beat Cotto, Be a good Boxer, or have heavy hands like Golovkin.
Ummm actually it is as boxing is scored on clean effective punching not ineffective slaps that do no damage so everyone goes home happy.

some of these responses are just moronic. seems that martinez W has deluded cottos diehards into thinking he is invincible again. he may very well win but there is no way cotto just walks over bradley.

bradley is fast, skilled, in ridiculous shape and tough as nails. i dont think bradley is dumb enough to make the same mistake three times either, if he fights cotto he would box him and then turn it up down the stretch when cotto starts to fade.

with a good game plan this is a tough fight to call, i would favor cotto just because bradley has no business above 147. but bradley can fight and he isnt laying down for anyone. he may have fought like a ****** in his last fight but he has shown what he is truly capable of in the past, show the man some respect.
