This is also an interesting point. There seems to be some sort of hold up with this fight being made and random drug testing could be the issue for team Porter. It would make sense if he was on something, he's a big dude who makes WW and has shown some explosive power recently. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if he was taking PEDs.

Hearn mentions he asked for random drug testing in the terms of contract.

Could this be the reason that Team Porter is stalling on singing it? Are they shook by this condition?

We all saw how Porter, who'd been a fairly ho-hum run of the mill fighter until recently, suddenly looked like a mini Tyson against Malignaggi.

Paulie himself was shocked and said he'd never been hit like that before. He ended up with a brain bleed if I'm not mistaken. He said he'd not been concerned about Porter's power before because he hadn't really KO'd anybody. He seemed to be intimating that Porter might be on something.
