Not an All Time Great, but an "all time good".

        It will have to do.

It's all politics. Of course they're going to induct an undefeated British fighter and give him an award but in many people's hearts he is no true champion or all-time great. The great Marvin Hagler would most likely agree about many of these modern day boxers:

Look man,we all love and respect Hagler..lets take him out of the equation.
To say Calzaghe got inducted because of politics and some people think
he is not a true champion is insane..Dude,I watched Calzaghe VS Lacy live...
.People forget how BIG that fight was..Lacy was the undefeated IBF champ,
mini Tyson, that was going to DESTROY Calzaghe...Instead,Calzaghe not only
beat him bad,but won every round and made him look like a chump..This is
only one example of him winning again and again.

Lacy was a hype job as it turned out so beating him doesn't get you anywhere when all is said and done. At the time it may have seen impressive but you saw how Lacy's career turned out. Calzaghe can be remembered by the British fans all he likes but expect his pleas to fall on deaf ears for most other boxing fans around the world, especially in the U.S.

I know, there always trying to justify him. No one in the USA even knows who the **** he is.

If you asked 50 people who Joe Clazaghe is in the states, maybe three people answer "yes" and one of them is lying.
