If Robert boxes he could beat Rios easy though, but his legs are gone, it happens to fighters when they get in their 30s they lose their legs for some reason and can't move as much.

You're right that Rios just isn't that good but let's not act like Guerrero is some elite class fighter.

Mike is basically a welterweight and Rios was able to hurt him and several occasions.
Mike is a bigger guy than Robert. Robert himself is not that big at Welter.
