Khan might have three losses on paper, same as Alexander only has two losses on paper. I'm thinking Kotelnik, I'm thinking Matthysse.

Khan has a bit of a weak chin of course and can be hurt - but I look at who they beat to become champ.

Khan beat Kotelnik 12-0 in their fight or thereabouts. Alexander lost to Kotelnik. or should have. Khan also beat Judah, another champ though not in his prime, Malignaggi, decent fighter I guess, and Maidana - the thurman of the 140 division at the time.

He then has a razor close loss to Peterson - another fighter in his prime. then fights Garcia - and loses.

Alexander won a vacant belt against Junior witter, has a good fight against a solid opponent in Urango, then loses to Bradley - or quits or whatever you want to call it.

His 147 resume includes a 40 year old randall bailey that couldn't even throw 100 shots in a 12 round fight and Lee Purdy, who's lost at british level. Now also Soto-Karass who's been beaten more than 10 times.

I can't see how Alexander's resume is better than Khan's - or even open to debate.

Did you just ignore Alexander shutting out Maidana? I'd love to have seen Khan fight Matthysse in 2011, I doubt he makes it 6 rounds.

Whether or not Khan would beat Matthysse is another matter, I don't think he would. Especially not then. Regardless, he said he wanted to fight him on the night he fought Peterson.

Did anyone think Soto-Karass would beat Alexander? I doubt it.

Yes a lot of people felt(or should have anyway)that Karass would be a live dog against Alexander..I had no faith in Collazo beating Khan,you just said his career best win was against an Ortiz who had already checkout as far as being a fighter is concerned..It was not an impressive win for Collazo,and it was not an impressive win for Khan..Again let's not go making that fight into something that it's not..

Karass has been active against higher level opponents..Dude Collazo had took an L to Freddy flipping Hernandez bro..Not a good look at all..

I really think their resume's are comparable,and I also feel Alexander is more accomplished then Khan..To each it's own on this matter tho..

I didn't really see anyone actually picking Soto Karass to win, let alone knock him out like 60% of NSB thought Collazo would do to Khan.

Not saying either is a great win, just saying Collazo is better. He's faired better against better opposition and hasn't been knocked out multiple times before.

If you would stop snorting Khan's pixie dust long enough, you would understand my point.

Khan is in a position to choose his opponent and Thurman is both willing and able. All Khan has to do is replace "Floyd's" name with "Thurman", just a basic substitution and I guarantee the fight gets made.

But Khan will never do that, because he really wants no part of Thurman.

I honestly don't see Khan fighting Thurman,and it has nothing to do with Khan ducking or not wanting to fight Thurman(which is a foolish line of thinking tbh)..It's about business,Khan brings the UK with him,and if they can get the UK to really start believing in Khan it could mean big dollar signs..

Let Khan fight the winner of Porter Brook,if he wins a Mayweather fight would be huge and do very good numbers..Thurman is just risky business at the moment,Khan is not the one who is orchestrating this either..It's his promoters and managers..
