I know Joe has been challenging RJJ for years and years and years.

Again I know nothing about the specifics of any fights talks that ever took place but I will tell you this Joe used to mention Roy every chance he ever had and I never heard Roy mention Joe.

So who knows?

Plus if you have followed Roy as closely as you say (which Im sure you have-not doubting you) then you no that getting Roy into the ring is a pretty difficult task, you basically have to agree to lick his balls and ass, just 1 of the 2 is usually not good enough-he is not the easiest ego to deal with right?

yeah, he called him out, which shows no evidence that roy was ducking. roy wasnt about to move down, and joe probably wanted too much money. you need to realize that just because one fighter call out the other, doesnt mean that they actully intend to fight that fighter. look at margirito, who calls out floyd, then doesnt take the fight when pbf offeres it to him
