Maybe Cotto as number one for his performance against Mosley. And solid performances against manny and money... He was competitive. I think JMM did more, and his dramatic wins make him more special to me.

All these guys are great fighters but based on career achievements

1 jmm- held his own vs manny for over a decade, ko of manny great than anything has done in a single fight

2 wlad- heavyweight dominance for nearly a decade, dominated biggest fights vs Byrd, Peter, haye, povetkin,

3 Tito- a great welter and jr mid champ, and won a mw belt, only lost to Hopkins in his prime.

4 cotto- biggest win was vs an aging champ, never was truely the man in any division till he beat serg.. He falls just short of tito

how do you dominate a division if you never fight the best guy in it? never understood this. its like saying ottke dominated 168 with his 21 title defenses. did he really...

Trinidad- Whitaker, De la hoya, Vargas plus other good wins put him on top. H2H I pick no other welterweight since his era to beat him.

JMM- Victory over Pacquiao and Barrera get him the 2nd spot but I can't put him in the top spot since he got schooled by every decent boxer he fought.

Wlad- Beat everyone he had to beat and reigned for a long time.

Cotto- Only good win is Mosley. Lost every time he stepped up to fight the best, and he lost to Trout and Clottey in my scorecard.
