Basically a mix of who I like the best, who I think had the best prime, and resume is also sprinkled in there, but not a huge factor in my list.
Some might argue Wlad had the best prime, because he went on a ridiculous undefeated streak, but I don't care. He's boring as all hell.

none are top tier all time greats, but too me at the end of there careers, wlad will be the only 1 thats a definite atg. tito is borderline, jmm is a little behind him. nad cotto is a great HOF, but not atg
