It was a purse bid. Same way Lara vs Vanes was made. It was gonna get made a second time and Vanes pussied out.

I could be wrong here but Im pretty sure once a purse bid is won only one promoter is involved making the whole event. So they arent exactly working together. And remember Arum was yanked from the conference call or whatever it was.

Idk ask the sanctioning bodies. Ive always said that they had the power to force Floyd vs Pacman but... Either someone has them in their pocket for them not to push a purse bid or one of the fighters would pull out.
