    Even though it's a comedy thing Broscience said it best, Crossfit isn't exercising for a goal exercise IS the goal. It's the difference between building a house and getting really good at putting nails in boards.

      All cross fit is is a giant mish mash of different exercise equipment + different sports+ timed rounds. Olympic WL + Rowing + Calisthenics = Presto! Crossfit

          It doesn't surprise me Guerrero like cross fit, it has a religious type of atmosphere were everyone works out together and yells at one another, it's freaking weird.

          But religious nuts are into that kind of freaky shot.

              I believe him, HIIT is the shizz. I do it on the treadmill sometimes....just got back from the gym, 7 miles later....boom son, believe dat.

                I like crossfit because before I was only able to do 3 sets of 12 reps of pull ups with a 5 minutes break now instantly the crossfit way I can do 100 without stopping.

                I am the top of my class

                  Injury rate is silly, I went once and they asked me to forgo form for more reps on deadlifts and barbell squats. I just refused, some people sweat by it, some people are ******.

                  Most people can get a crossfit 'license' over a weekend as well. HIIT is great for cardio, just don't do crossfit.

                    Use more chalk and you'll do 150
