what leverage again?? team pac is still the one telling marquez what to do not the other way around LOL. if marquez wanted to keep the feeling he would have walked away already, so who needs the money more? first of all, your interpretation of "putting a lost behind you" is not the same as mine. i think if you put a lost behind you, why are you trying to avenge it? do you see carl froch trying to avenge his lost? what about marquez avenging his lost to floyd or norwood? pac didn't even avenge his lost to the cab drivers who khtfo either.....you know why? because they've all put those losses behind them and moved on with their careers. pac is chasing after marquez cause he needs a dance partner(he's had piss poor ppv numbers in his last two fights even arum admitted he wasn't satisfy with the numbers) and he can't live with the fact that a 40 year old man beat the **** outta him.

if pac put that ko behind him, why is HE entertaining another fight with marquez? it's because he doesn't want to live with the fact that a 40 year old can spark his ass out on any given saturday and his ppv's # have been crap by his standards lately. marquez is entertaining it cause it's the biggest money fight, but lets not act like he needs the money.....last time i checked marquez wasn't getting ****d by two governments and marquez has been on plenty of ppv's but he was rarely the A side so the pressure isn't on him to make the big money fights.

Manny might have a chance at a mega-fight this year if Arum can convince the winner of Crawford vs. Gamboa to move up and fight Manny at 140. Other than that, it's time to start kissing asses, starting with JMM and Al Haymon.

those would be ok to average fights but not mega fights. i'd like to see both of those guys at 140 before they fight someone like pac. if pac is gonna cherrypick them then at least try to trick the public in believing they're credible at 140.

Face it. Pacquiao is in desperate need of an opponent who is a draw. That's why Marquez has leverage and can hold out for a 50/50 split.
