    Ducking is avoiding someone.

When he had every reason to take the fight, but didn't want it (which contradicts the reasoning you've finally agreed to) he is ducking in a sense.

It was a great career move to take the big payday and to receive a shot at one of the best fighters in and around his division.

It doesn't make any sense that he turned it down, thus 'ducking' is an apropriate word in that sense.

Is he 'afraid' of Pacquiao? Probably not, but when he passes up a n opportunity to raise his stock and make more money than he's ever made, something's motivating that poor choice.

he didnt take the fight like i said he feals he is not getting what he deserves in a pac fight. poor choice yes motviated because he feels he deserves more does he im not sure. i know he would take the fight if it was a closer cut. the word ducking like its being used by the nuthuggers means something diffrent. it means that they are scared.

        You're still not getting it.

When all the evidence shows you making a poor poor decision that doesn't make any sense, it's not a senseable excuse to say he's holding out for more money when he turns down a million to make 100 thousand.

His actions speak loudly and clearly. He's turning down a good pay day and a good opportunity because he doesn't really want the fight.

        Bottom line.

I just have a feeling, a boxer will box Pacquiao to a lopsided victoring shattering Pacquaio's illusion of perfection like Bernard Hopkins did to Tito. Like Winky did to Tito.
That is how you feel, but your ignorance shows too much by creating this thread. It is nearly impossible for a boxer to truly dominate PAC now that he is having his newfound moves.

The intangibles just has the makings of an all time great in PAC. Trinidad had so many weaknesses which he was never able to overcome.

Trinidad had mediocre handspeed, of course he had shattering KO power, but that's of little use because he has rabbit feet. He has very poor footwork which he has trouble trying to reach slick boxers. And of course, the heart isn't really there.

On the other hand, PAC has the fastest hands in boxing today. And the frightening fact about it, is that it comes in about 5-6 punches in under a sec. Even Floyd couldn't match that. Yeah Floyd has 1-2 lightning quick punches, but not 5-6-7-8 punches coming in bundles and coming in at a rate of 100 punches per round. PAC has excellent footwork, at par with any of the best. That quick feet enables him to literally jump on his opponents, even if it's bigger ones. Forget that PAC is the hardest punching featherweight ever who ends boxer's careers with his power, forget that lightning left straight, forget that southpaw stance, but you can never deny the heart and determination to win.

Guys like you bloodshed will continually eat your own words and will continually get your arguments backfire hard on you. Togerther with this run guy, you'll just get your arguments slammed on your face on a constant basis. Like you did in the past, and like you will in the future.

On the other hand, naysayers who usually eats their words have a good purpose. That is, they will try to create a fallacy which isn't there, until PAC makes them eat their own dung. Please keep it up.

He didn't take the fight because he was afraid. Pure common sense. Anyone who refuses to have a rematch for some reason or another is a chicken. That's the hard and cold fact.

pacman is great puncher like tito. but both there d-fence are questionable its not to far out to say that a complete boxer will beat him. maybe not as bad as tito was beat but still

No, it shouldn't. You're severly over estimating the fan base he brings.

Manny is bringing the acclaim, and the money.

Take away that draw, and what does Marquez have?

You're going in circles. This brings us back to the part where it makes no sense that he's turned down a million dollar payday when he struggles to make 100 thousand.

                    No sense whatsoever.

A smaller purse vs Pacquiao brings him 3 times more money than he's ever made, an opportunity to raise his stock, and an opportunity to set up more and better paydays.

Anyway you look at it, the poor decision to turn this fight down with all the good reasons there are to take it looks suspect. Period.
