For me it was watching David Tua's destruction of John Ruiz that made me think wow what a sport.

Ever since I followed the sport and tried to keep tabs on my favourite boxers the best I could.

    Top 3
    David Tua
    Prince Naseem Hamed
    Mike Tyson

I got really into boxing after watching Canelo-Trout. The way trout fell after the knockdown really fascinated me and I got hooked ever since.

Watched thrilla in manilla on espn's classic fights when I was like 6-7. Became a boxing fan, and a huge frazier fan that day.

I grew up watching boxing with my dad. I really liked the best fighting the best no diva moves. I think it was Tuesday Night Fights not sure but then it became Friday Night Fights. Then HBO PPV came in full play. I remember watching Roberto Duran, Vinny Pazienza, James Toney, Marvelous Marvin,Roy Jones, Julio Cesar Chavez, George Foreman, Mike Tyson, Holyfield, Bowe, Lennox Lewis, Macho Camacho, Oscar de la Hoya, Shane Mosley, Tito Trinidad, Cotto, Barrera, Ruelas Bros. Tapia, Maromero Paez, Morales, Finito Lopez, Miguel Angel, Vargas, Hopkins, Arturo Gatti, Ward, n many more. Still going at it I just hate some fights not being done.

Growing up I always watched fights with my family. Tyson, De La Hoya, etc. I didn't really become passionate about it until the De La Hoya-Mayweather fight. I knew all about both fighters so I knew the background of the fight and it wasn't the first time seeing them; I was basically a casual fan with more knowledge than most casual fans.

Obviously the fight played out a bit like a sparring match, but I think the event itself left me feining for more. Boxing has been my favorite sport since

Oscar De La Hoya was my gateway.

Erik Morales made it my religion.
