Is this thread about Maidana or not? This shows how ****** you can be at times. Did you see the post from HIGHNESS? He suggested Maidana (the topic of the thread) should go after Pac. My whole argument since then was that Freddie doesn't want a fight w/ Maidana. In fact Freddie doesn't want a fight with 147 guys, and he wants Manny to go back to 140. That was the reason for the articles, to show how Freddie is trying to keep Pac away from WWs (which include Maidana, Porter, Thurman, and Khan).

idiot! u were replying to a post from another poster suggesting that maidana should go fight pac to get the higher pay day. He should go after Pac, Pac gives his opponents $3 million as opposed to him getting $1 million or so from Floyd.

I like Maidana but im getting abit sick of his bitching about a rematch with Floyd, all what's going to happen is a repeat of the first fight with Mayweather being more cautious and picking him off with counters all night, he's a big name himself and he's got other options in Thurman, Bradley (via the new connection), and even Marquez.

If he really wants to make some noise he should put the overhyped Thurman in his place and then he becomes the best WW after that coward in Floyd in the division.

I'm sure Floyd would have picked Maidana for a rematch as a no-brainer if he didn't feel Maidana would demand that he be able to wear his MX gloves...

Floyd is hesitant to the take the fight because Maidana wants to use his gloves and Floyd knows he was beat up and hit over 200 times with pillows for gloves in the last fight. and even with the biased media and Vegas judges...Maidana got the moral victory...

Let's see Floyd take 220 of Maidana's punches with MX gloves and not pillows...see if he's standing afterwards...
