Time for Ward to just come out and be the bad guy it's the only way he is gonna get Froch to fight him, say what you gotta say but you got to be willing to go to his turf and do the business in England just don't leave it in the hands of the judges or you'll become another Dirrell and be another guy who handedly beat him but on the records it'll say otherwise thanks to biased judges.

I hope Ward reads this thread and see for himself that most people here don't like him. He has not been fighting lately, none this year, once in 2013, once in 2012, twice in 2011, most of the time we see him in the sidelines during boxing matches.

His unbeaten record is nothing once he fights the likes of GGG, and surely GGG will shred him to pieces.

Ward needs to learn that you draw fans, to watch your fight, not by opening his mouth, but rather by fighting the best and fighting more frequently. Anybody out there willing to give Andre some love?

I like analogies so I'll put it to you this way. Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, the two biggest names in boxing, would be very very lucky to draw 80K in any part of America. Carl Froch drew 80K vs. Groves with ease in the UK.

Once again, Carl Froch drew more in the UK vs. George Groves than Mayweather-Pacquiao could conceivably do in America.

Your domestic level pub brawls draw more fans than Andre Ward does in America.

Compared to the states, boxing is thriving in the UK.

Let's look at the current championship scene in the SMW division: Froch (regular WBA), Kashtanov (interim WBA), Bika (WBC), Froch (IBF), Abraham (WBO).

Ward has beaten every single current SMW titleholder sans Stanyslav Kashtanov.

Mayweather and Pacquaio would easily draw 80k fans if the tickets were priced in the same way they were for Froch-Groves II. 2.2 milliion Americans paid $70 each to watch Mayweather-Canelo.

Froch-Groves drew that number because of the story behind it - the controversy from the first fight and the grudge between the two fighters. It was a one-off and it'd be very difficult to catch lightening in a bottle and draw that number again.

Boxing is growing in popularity here on the back of the London Olympics and that fight but make no mistake, it's not a mainstream sport here.

The only thing Ward can draw is his pension, and he'll be drawing it by the time he has his next meaninful fight at this rate.

So if it's easier to draw 80,000 in the UK or draw in general why would it be fair for Ward to argue that he can draw both places when he has a built in fan base here and it's harder to draw in the US (for an outsider like Froch)?

Ward, Froch drew 80,000 people. I know you thought they said 800 but it was 80,000 and your 2,000 just doesn't cut it.
